Rkieh Productions INC operates this website under the Rkieh Productions brand. These terms apply to your use of it.

They are deliberately narrow. They do not govern any engagement, proposal, statement of work, implementation, production or support arrangement. Work of that kind is governed by whatever is agreed in writing for it, and nothing on this website varies those terms or creates an agreement to perform work.

The capability pages on this website describe what Rkieh Productions can implement, configure, integrate or customize. They describe a range of possibilities, not a fixed specification, and they are not an offer.

Whether any capability described here applies to a particular engagement — and on what terms — depends on discovery and on the solution design agreed for it. Several pages carry scope notes explaining what a given capability depends on; those notes are part of the description and should be read with it.

Content is published in good faith and kept current as far as is practical, but the website may contain errors or become out of date.

Unless otherwise indicated, website content and Rkieh Productions brand materials are owned by Rkieh Productions INC or used with permission, and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may read this website, link to it, and quote briefly from it with attribution. Please do not reproduce it substantially or republish it as your own, and do not use the Rkieh Productions name, mark or brand materials in a way that falsely implies endorsement by, or association with, Rkieh Productions.

The profile documents offered here may be downloaded and read.

The contact page has an optional assistant. It answers from the published text of this website, and separately labels general background about Odoo and ERP that comes from an AI model rather than from us.

Its answers are informational and are not advice, a quote, an offer or a commitment. Nothing it says forms part of any contract, and nothing it says can vary an agreement already in place. Where an answer and a signed engagement disagree, the engagement governs.

It is a language model. It can be wrong, it can be incomplete, and it can misread a question. Anything that matters — scope, price, timing, what a system will do in your environment — should be confirmed with a person before you rely on it. The form on the same page reaches one.

The general Odoo and ERP background it gives is not a statement about Rkieh Productions, and is not an endorsement or a description of any third-party product we supply.

This website links to other sites, including social platforms and the reference sources listed on the sources page. Those links are provided for reference. A link is not an endorsement, a partnership, or a statement that the linked organisation is a client of Rkieh Productions, and Rkieh Productions is not responsible for content it does not control.

Once you follow a link away from this site, that service's own terms and privacy practices apply.

This website is provided as an information service. It may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or for reasons outside Rkieh Productions's control, and no particular level of availability is promised for it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you.
