What this website collects when you get in touch, what it does not collect, and who to ask about it.
The organisation behind this site
Rkieh Productions INC operates this website under the Rkieh Productions brand. Questions about this notice can be sent to support@rkiehproductions.com.
Information submitted through this website
The website has one public form. Everything in the table below is stored when you use it. Server-request logs are described further down, because they are created by the hosting infrastructure rather than by anything you fill in.
| What is stored | When | What it is used for |
|---|---|---|
| Your name and email address | Always — the form cannot be submitted without them. | To read your enquiry and reply to it. |
| Telephone number, company, subject and message | Only if you choose to fill them in. | To understand what you are asking about before replying. |
| Any additional fields on the particular form you used | Only if that form asks for them and you fill them in. | Stored with the rest of your enquiry so nothing you sent is lost. |
| Which form you used, an internal routing value, and the date and time | Recorded automatically with every submission. | To route the enquiry internally and keep enquiries in order. |
| The IP address the submission came from | Recorded automatically with every submission. | To help identify spam, abuse or misuse of the forms, and to support basic security and operational investigation. It is not used for marketing, profiling or analytics. |
No analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking
As currently configured, ordinary public browsing of this website does not intentionally set application cookies, and does not load analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. Typefaces and images are served from this website’s own domain.
A session cookie is used only for signed-in administrators, after they authenticate. It is not set by ordinary browsing.
We do not profile visitors, do not use advertising identifiers, and do not make automated decisions about people.
The one exception is the assistant on the contact page, described in the next section: using it sends your question to DeepSeek. It is not tracking, it does not run unless you type into it, and nothing about it is loaded while you read the rest of this site.
If this changes — if analytics is switched on, for example — this page should be updated before the change goes live.
Questions you type into the site assistant
The contact page has an optional assistant. If you use it, the question you type, the earlier turns of that same conversation, and extracts from this website’s own published pages are sent to DeepSeek, an AI provider, so that a reply can be generated. That is the only reason it is sent, and it is the only third party this website sends anything to.
Nothing you type into the assistant is stored by this website. There is no database row, no log line and no session record of it at this end. Closing or reloading the page ends the conversation and it cannot be retrieved afterwards — not by you, and not by us.
What DeepSeek does with what it receives is governed by DeepSeek’s own terms and privacy policy, not by this notice. If that matters to you, use the form on the same page instead: it reaches the team directly and involves no third party.
Please do not type anything into the assistant that you would not put in an ordinary email to us — no passwords, no customer records, no confidential business data. It is a way of reading this website, not a secure channel.
Server request logs
Like most websites, the infrastructure this site runs on can create server request logs, and those logs can include IP addresses. They are produced by the hosting layer rather than by this application, and they exist so a site can be operated, monitored and kept secure.
Retention
We want to be straightforward about this rather than quote a number we do not actually apply.
This website does not currently apply an automatic, fixed deletion period to contact submissions. They are retained for as long as they are needed to handle your enquiry and to keep necessary business records, subject to any obligations that apply to us.
If you would like to ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete something you submitted, write to support@rkiehproductions.com. We handle those requests subject to applicable law.
Access, correction and deletion
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights relating to the personal information we hold — typically rights to ask for access to it, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.
To make a request, write to support@rkiehproductions.com and tell us what you are asking for. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request about someone's personal information.
External links
This website links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and WhatsApp. These are ordinary links: nothing from those services is embedded in these pages, and nothing is loaded from them unless you choose to follow a link.
Once you follow one, you have left this website. What happens after that is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy practices, not by this notice.
This notice was last updated on 6 September 2026
The 6 September revision added the section on the contact page’s assistant, and corrected the two sections it made inaccurate. The previous version was dated 24 August 2026.
We may update this notice by publishing a revised version on this website. The date above changes when we do. We do not notify people individually about each change, so please check back if this matters to you.
